Initial orders may only be paid with credit card.

Unfortunately, Twist & Pout cannot be sold in every channel or store type. Specifically, we are unable to sell to beauty supply stores, pet stores, video stores, discount stores, shipping or photocopy stores, car washes, drug stores, hardware stores or other non-traditional retail format stores. Depending upon the circumstances, exceptions to this policy are possible; see your rep or call our 800 number for details.

From time to time, Twist & Pout Lip Balm may substitute appropriate styles in the assortment. An equally exciting, new collection may be shipped in substitution depending on when an order is placed due to seasonality. Prospective retail accounts must provide a legible copy of a sales tax license and business card.
